If you need a home visit, please phone before 10.30 a.m. if possible. The Doctor will usually phone you before they visit. This will help the Doctor plan his/her rounds and avoid unnecessary delays. Visits are for those who are house bound or too ill to go out. Otherwise please try to come to one of the surgeries.
If you have an urgent or emergency situation, then of course you should phone us or the emergency services as appropriate and necessary. Telephone the Office on

Emergencies
Please note that although there is always a Doctor on call there is not always a Doctor or Nurse on the premises.
Out of hours
When the Surgery is closed, please telephone 0845 600 10 13 for Urgent Care Services. Your call will be answered by a trained telephonist. The Doctor for your zone will give advice or visit as necessary. All calls are recorded.
Sick Children
Will always be seen as soon as possible if brought to the Surgery (this may be quicker than a home visit) If in doubt about bringing your child out, please telephone the Surgery first and the Doctor can advise.
Change of personal details
If you change your address, telephone or other personal
details, please notify the Surgery immediately.
Review dates
Our Doctors and Nurses review your medication regularly. The review date which is shown on the printed slip is an indication of the date on which your medication should be reviewed.
