Dr Ethel Hillier was born in Aberdeen and trained in Medicine at Aberdeen University. She gained qualifications in anaesthetics and Obstetrics and gynaecology before marrying Dr Malcolm Hillier and going to live and work in North India for 6 years. She gained her general practice training in Farnborough and joined the Milton Abbas surgery in 1987.
Her special interests in General practice are families children and asthma. She also works in Breast Assessment at Dorset County Hospital and brings these skills also to the team.
Her hobbies include walking and cross country skiing, as well as music painting and bird watching.
