Opening Times

The surgery is closed for all bank holidays.

The dispensary is closed everyday between 13:00 - 14:30

Phone lines open at 8.30am

*Extended Hours:. We are open Saturday’s between 08:30 - 10:30 for pre-booked appointments and medication collection. The receptionists do not work on Saturdays so you need to book in with the dispensers. Saturday opening is subject to change please always check in advanced.

To book an appointment please telephone 01258 880210 and speak to our reception team, they will be able to tell you the appointments available.

If you have an urgent medical need you will be seen on the same day.

Speak to the receptionist, giving them a brief account of your problem. The receptionist will ask one of the doctors if you can be fitted in for an appointment on the same day.

The receptionist will speak to a doctor at the earliest opportunity and telephone you with a reply.

When We Are Closed

If you have an urgent problem which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens you can call the NHS non emergency line on 111.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
