Opening Times

The surgery is closed for all bank holidays.

The dispensary is closed everyday between 13:00 - 14:30

Phone lines open at 8.30am

*Extended Hours:. We are open Saturday’s between 08:30 - 10:30 for pre-booked appointments and medication collection. The receptionists do not work on Saturdays so you need to book in with the dispensers. Saturday opening is subject to change please always check in advanced.

For urgent matters that need to be seen on the same day you can attend the walk in clinic between 9:00 -10:30 each morning and 16:00 - 17:00 each afternoon.

Walk in surgeries are at Milton Abbas each day and Tuesday morning at Milborne St Andrew. PLEASE NOTE Milborne St Andrew walk in clinic is subject to change. Please telephone prior to attending on Tuesday morning.

When We Are Closed

Please note that although there is always a Doctor on call there is not always a Doctor or Nurse at the surgery.

When the Surgery is closed, please telephone 0845 600 10 13 for URGENT CARE SERVICE, DORSET & SOMERSET. Your call will be answered by a trained telephonist. The doctor for your area will give advice or visit as necessary. All calls are recorded.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
