Covid Vaccination Information

The Covid vaccination clinics are continuing this week at The Atrium Health Centre in Dorchester. The clinic on Thursday 23rd September could potentially be one our last Covid clinics for the remaining patients who need their second dose and the young people who would like their first.

If you have not received your second vaccination and you would like to, or you are aged 16-17yrs old and you would like your first vaccination, please could we ask that you respond urgently to any messages left as this may be your last chance to have it done locally.

We are no longer holding any first dose Covid vaccination clinics at The Atrium Health Centre in Dorchester for patients over 18yrs. If you are 18yrs or over, have not yet had your first Covid vaccination and would like one, please click on this link to book at one of the mass vaccination centres: https://www.nhs.uk/…/coro…/book-coronavirus-vaccination/

Please note that Dorset Council have made the decision that parking in the Market Car Park will no longer be free charge of charge for the clinics. Patients attending the Covid vaccination clinics will now need to buy a ticket should they park in the car park.

Support is available to help you get to vaccination appointments safely. To speak to someone about the travel support available and possible support towards the cost of a taxi journey, residents in the Dorset Council area should call 01305 221000 or complete the online form. Milton Abbas Neighbourcar may also be able to help you to get to your vaccination appointment. Please leave a message on 01258 470333 and they will call you back.

Thank you to the army of volunteers and staff who have made these clinics run very smoothly, we couldn’t have done it without you!
